Yoga Class Overview
Classes at Divakar Yoga are a well-rounded workout, strengthens your core, tones your body amazingly fast. Excellent for loosening your tight muscles or old injuries.
These classes are custom-tailored to YOUR NEEDS. Whether you want cross-training, athletic conditioning at a high level, cardio, stretch, core, strength, or rehab for injuries, the FASTEST way to reach your goals is with private classes!

Mon - Fri from 10AM to 11AM
Morning classes follow a Vinyasa Flow, building up to the hardest day Wednesday to "pampering" your body on Friday. :)
Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:15PM
$10 / Drop In or $90 for 10 Classes (good for 2 months)
Located in Grants Pass, Oregon at 220 SE H Street (between 7th & 8th), 1st room on the left.
